Junior Canadian Rangers

All of the groups lead part of the trip. The JCRs lead the Churchill and Gillam portion and the Winnipeg students lead the workshops at the Assiniboine Park Zoo. The activities that we have done together include dog-sledding, setting up tents and staying overnight at the Town Center, riding ATVs at Jill’s cabin, roasting hotdogs over a bonfire, staying overnight at the Fort Prince of Wales, trick-or-treating on Halloween, cooking together and making bannock and Arctic Char stew, and of course, staying at the CNSC and going on the tundra buggy.
